I drove around ,it was hot and I saw snow in the in the mountains. my check in wasn't until 3 pm so I figured I go find the snow. about 50 miles out of  las vegas and 6000 ft. higher there is was a ski area you can see from the pics. It was 103 degrees when I was in vegas and on top of the mountains it was 70 degrees(wonderful). I'll be picking bev up at the airport tomorrow so the bike can have a little rest(lord knows it needs it)
